Lampert Now in Excess 40% of AutoNation

In an SEC filing tonight Sears’ (SHLD) Eddie Lampert disclosed more purchases of auto retailer AutoNation (AN).

Lampert now has just over 72 million shares or in excess of 40% of the total.
