Talking about the market and a recent buy…
We first posted this about a year ago, but since we have been talking so much about him recently, it is worth another look.
I can’t stress the importance of this enough, especially today. Credit/Debt markets are changed for several years to come and perhaps permanently. The strength of a company’s balance sheet is going to become of a primary importance as we go forward.
As far as I am concerned, the best event of the year for us value folk…
Columbia’s Bruce Greenwald make some fantastic points. The second video is especially important as he talks about Fannie (FNM), Freddie (FRE) and why ignoring the balance sheet can be disastrous.
