Book Review: “Confidence Game” (UPDATE)
**** UPDATE: For those interested in the book, Ackman will be on CNBC tomorrow morning guest hosting from 7am-9am talking about it and I am assuming GGP (since he is no longer on the board, he is free to talk)****
Could not put this book down. This a riveting account of a tenacious investor, incompetent/apathetic regulators & analysts and a company that hid information, deceived investors and used every connection it had in its attempts to silence him. At points this reads like a John Grisham novel…..except it actually happened.
For me, this is the best of the “melt down” books to date…hands down

Getting lots of emails lately about value investing. A common theme is “investing vs trading” or “how can I be a value investor”, along those lines. Seems people are interested but not sure which is best for them. Here is a suggestion.
So, what if I told you there was a book out there that gave you the fundamental background of investing from Buffett/Graham yet answered the questions that haunts most value investors……..when to sell?
